전시 소개 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
갤러리바톤은 독일 작가 안디 피셔(b. 1987)의 개인전 《Feil Good》을 2026년 3월 4일부터 4월 11일까지 개최한다. 아르 브뤼(Art Brut)의 전통에 뿌리를 두고 있는 안디 피셔는 동물 세계의 본질적 특성을 흡수하고 변형해 복잡하고 독창적인 형태로 빚어내는 독자적인 회화 언어를 발전시켜 왔다. 이번 전시는 주로 새와 뱀을 특유의 역동성으로 표현한 신작 회화와 청동 조각을 선보이며, 고전적 참조를 전용하되 그 기저 구조를 느슨하게 해체함으로써 전통적 내러티브와 현대 회화의 가능성 사이의 질문을 다시금 열어젖힌다.

Gallery Baton is pleased to present Feil Good, a solo exhibition by German artist Andi Fischer (b. 1987), from March 4 to April 11, 2026. Rooted in the tradition of Art Brut, Andi Fischer has developed a singular pictorial language that absorbs and transforms the intrinsic qualities of the animal world into complex, inventive form. The exhibition presents new paintings and bronze sculptures in which birds and serpents are mainly rendered with characteristic dynamism—works that appropriate classical references only to loosen and subvert their underlying structures, reopening the question of how traditional narrative relates to the possibilities of contemporary painting.
