전시 소개 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
‘외나무다리’는 피할 수 없는 마주침, 달리 방도가 없는 선택을 떠올리게 하는 단어다. 전시는 김소이 · 안진선 두 작가가 주어진 공간 안에서 필연적으로 만나고 또 엇갈리는 조건을 가설하며, ‘외나무다리’의 짓궂은 맞닥뜨림을 의도한다.
"Oenamu-dari", literally a "single-log bridge" in Korean, is a phrase that conjures an inescapable encounter, a choice with no other way out. The exhibition sets up just such a condition within a shared space, where the two artists Kim Soyi and Ahn Jinseon inevitably meet and diverge. Bound to meet stages the mischievous confrontation that "oenamu-dari" evokes.
