전시 소개 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
라니서울은 4인의 젊은 작가 — 강주현, 김동해, 이은경, 최현진의 그룹전 《FOUR VIGNETTES》를 5월 20일부터 6월 13일까지 개최합니다.
이번 전시는 하나의 완결된 맥락보다, 서로 다른 기억과 상상, 회화적 언어로 이루어진 네 개의 독립적인 서사를 선보입니다. 이은경의 사회 풍자적인 위트가 담긴 ‘있을 자리를 찾는 사람들’, 최현진의 익숙한 듯 생경한 ‘사이에 머문 풍경’, 김동해의 비틀린 신화와 끝없이 파생되는 ‘이야기의 꼬리들’, 그리고 강주현의 잠시 숨을 고르게 하는 몽환적인 이야기 속 ‘안식처’까지.

RANEE SEOUL presents 《FOUR VIGNETTES》, a group exhibition featuring four emerging artists — Juhyeon Kang, Donghae Kim, Eunkyung Lee, and Hyunjin Choi — on view from May 20 through June 13.
Rather than a single cohesive framework, the exhibition unfolds through four independent narratives shaped by distinct memories, imaginations, and painterly languages — Eunkyung Lee’s ‘people searching for their place’ imbued with socially satirical wit, Hyunjin Choi’s intimate yet unfamiliar ‘landscapes lingering in-between’, Donghae Kim’s twisted myths and endlessly branching ‘tale of tails’, and Juhyeon Kang’s ethereal ‘shelter’, inviting a quiet pause.
