ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Reconstructing these scenes through still-life relations and bringing them into my work may have been an attempt to lift some of the weight and gravity of reality, and to view it through a subtly altered lens. It is a process of uncovering subtle aesthetic resonances within the everyday and allowing them to permeate the work. In short, it is an attempt to bring forth a ‘space of private sensibility’. - Excerpt from the Text
