전시 소개 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
천미진 작가의 개인전 《어디서 색이 접히는가》가 오는 6월 18일(목)부터 라흰에서 개최됩니다. 본 전시는 색이 평면의 표면에 머무르지 않고, 재료와 구조를 매개로 공간적 관계를 형성하는 과정을 다룹니다.
작가는 투명한 층과 밀도, 겹침과 이격이라는 물질적 조건을 통해, 색이 고정된 이미지가 아니라 가변적인 상태로 인식되는 지점을 탐구하고 있습니다.
본 전시는 이처럼 회화와 조형물이 멈춰 있는 오브제에 머물지 않고 신체의 능동적인 지각과 맞물리게 함으로써, 색이 구조를 만나 공간의 지평으로 확장되는 감각의 풍경을 구현합니다.

La Heen is pleased to present Where Hue Is Folded, a solo exhibition by Chun Mi-Jin, opening on Thursday, 18 June.
The exhibition examines how colour moves beyond the surface of the picture plane to form spatial relations through material and structure.
Working with the material conditions of transparent layers, density, overlap, and interval, the artist investigates the point at which colour is perceived not as a fixed image, but as a mutable state.
By bringing painting and sculptural forms into relation with the viewer’s active perception, the exhibition traces how colour, through structure, expands into the spatial field and articulates a layered landscape of sensation.
